Visa Debit Card
Use your VISA debit card to pay for purchases directly from your checking account. The card works just like a check, only there is no checkbook to carry, no check to write, no ID to show and no waiting for approval. You’re in and out of stores in no time – just sign and go!

ATM Card
Enjoy 24-hour banking with your ATM card. For your convenience the bank has a drive-up ATM on Merrimack Street in Haverhill and at the Branch in Bradford, and has two drive-up ATMs at the Rosemont branch.

You also have access to thousands of ATM locations in the United States, Europe and Canada, displaying the Cirrus®, SUMSM or NYCE® logos. You may use your ATM card at any location that bears the SUM logo without incurring a surcharge. CLICK HERE for a list of SUM network ATMs near you.

ATM/Debit card transactions that originate out of the country are generally allowed with the exception of the following countries.

Albania, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Burma, Cote D’Ivoire, Croatia, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Malaysia, Macedonia, Mexico, Nigeria, North Korea, Romania, Russia, Philippines, Serbia & Montenegro, Slovenia, Sudan, Syria and Turkey.

Please be aware that at any time Haverhill Bank may find it necessary to add countries to this list. The bank will post the list of blocked countries on our website for future reference at www.haverhillbank.com or you may call us at (978) 374-0161.

With the increase in fraudulent activity it is important to be cautious and you are reminded that Haverhill Bank will never ask you for your PIN and neither would any legitimate business. Also, when traveling, you should not rely solely on your ATM/Debit Card. You should always have a back up that does not require an electronic approval such as traveler’s checks. If you receive government checks, payroll checks or other reoccurring deposits, consider Direct Deposit and have your funds deposited electronically to your account. You will never have to worry about loss due to the mail, weather or theft.
